What counts as a save?

A customer starts cancelling, accepts an approved offer, and pays the next subscription invoice. Clicking “stay” alone is not a save. A cancellation, refund or dispute makes the save fee zero.

Can customers still cancel?

Always. “Continue cancelling” remains visible. They don’t have to answer questions or accept an offer to leave.

Can Fat Cat invent an offer?

No. Your limits decide which offers are allowed. The conversation can explain or negotiate those options, but cannot create its own discount.

Will my customer see the cat?

No. The cat lives here. Your customer sees your product’s voice, brand and approved terms.

Does it work with every Shopify subscription app?

Shopify connects your catalog. Managing subscriptions also needs a supported connection to the app that owns them. Setup checks compatibility before a cancellation link can go live.
