Connect your workspace

1. Sign into Fat Cat and create your merchant workspace. One workspace per account.
2. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Enter the URL above. Your Claude account must have access to custom connectors.
3. Use OAuth with automatic client registration. Sign into Fat Cat, check the workspace name and review the requested read/preview permissions. Choose Allow or Decline.
4. Ask one of the examples below. Every response identifies the connected workspace.

What Claude can do

• Read approved rules, plan catalog and delivery prerequisites.
• List up to 20 subscription summaries, with provisional smaller-plan eligibility and missing facts.
• Preview a hypothetical or existing subscription conversation, including exact terms and a useful question when needed.
• Read completed outcome-record counts and the limits of the evidence.

The connector cannot apply a discount, change a subscription, approve an exception, cancel for a customer or move money. Previews are labelled PREVIEW ONLY. They never become saves or training outcomes.

Try these questions

• What offers have I approved for customers who need a short break?
• Preview what Fat Cat would suggest if a customer says they only use two videos a month.
• Which subscriptions are eligible for a smaller plan, and what information is still missing?
• What has Fat Cat actually learned from completed outcomes? Tell me when there is not enough evidence.

If an example needs a plan, price or subscription age, supply it or select an existing subscription. Fat Cat does not invent these facts. Smaller usage packages require an approved catalog price and tested enforcement in your product.

Your customer uses your website

Connecting Claude does not install the embed, connect billing or authenticate a customer. Website setup is separate: connect billing, approve offers, link your existing Cancel button and test a sandbox conversation. Your customer sees your voice and always has a cancellation option.

Supported billing and current limits

Financial-offer execution currently supports Stripe sandbox: one fixed-price EUR monthly subscription, quantity one, automatic collection, no existing discount, tax setup, schedule or pending change. Other arrangements do not receive executable financial offers. Shopify catalog connection does not implement Shopify subscription changes. Paddle, Chargebee, RevenueCat and Recurly are not implemented.

Pauses preserve access and void new invoices during the approved period. Smaller-plan prices apply at the next renewal; access limits change immediately. Credits are subscription-specific next-invoice coupons, not cash. Onboarding and benefits require merchant fulfillment. Live billing and fee collection remain off.

What Fat Cat has learned

Greedy Cat is a rules and observed-cohort decision system, not a trained churn predictor. A paid renewal is an observation, not proof Fat Cat caused it. Personal stay probabilities and incremental lift remain unknown without suitable merchant outcomes, calibration and a control group.

Disconnect or troubleshoot

Revoke the connection in Fat Cat → Integrations, then disconnect it in Claude. Revocation blocks Fat Cat access even while an old token has time remaining. Reconnect through a fresh consent flow. If sign-in expires, start again from Claude. A 503 means activation is pending; a 401 requires sign-in. Check the named workspace before sharing a result.

Data and support

Tools return business rules, plan metadata and minimal subscription summaries. No customer names, emails, payment credentials or stored customer transcripts are returned. Preview text is processed for that request, not persisted as a conversation or training example. Authentication grants and security audit events are stored. Claude receives the tool results you request under its own privacy terms.
